Reporting and response

If you feel unsafe or witness a concern, contact the Conference Help Desk or email lptmm2026@astro.unam.mx.

Reports will be handled promptly and discreetly by designated members of the organizing team.

The organizers may take actions including verbal warnings, removal from an event, or revocation of conference access without refund in severe cases.

Safety during the technical visit
Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by OAN–SPM staff and conference organizers, including group movement protocols and night-time lighting guidance.
