Payment process and receipts

Registration is completed by submitting the online registration form and paying the applicable fee.

Participants will receive a payment instruction email after form submission (bank transfer and card payment options).

An official receipt will be issued in MXN for institutional reimbursement when requested.

Cancellation and substitutions (professional policy)

Until 20 Mar 2026: refund minus a 40 EUR administrative fee

21 Mar–17 Apr 2026: 50% refund

From 18 Apr 2026: no refunds (substitutions allowed at no cost)

Technical visit add-on is refundable until 03 Apr 2026 minus a 25 EUR admin fee (after that, substitutions are allowed if the seat can be reassigned).
