Plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early on Day 1 for campus entry and badge pick-up.

Bring a photo ID for campus access if requested at the entrance.

Power: Limited outlets are available; bring a power strip if you rely on multiple devices.

Quiet work space: A designated corner of the Poster & Networking Hall will be set up for laptop work between sessions.

Bring slides on a USB drive and/or cloud link; arrive during the break before your session to test.

HDMI is the default connector; bring adapters for USB-C/mini-DP if needed.
